The public area of the home is a single open volume leading one's attention to a dramatic view of Pusch Ridge. To accomplish this, the kitchen has no upper cabinetry or walls, and is designed for entertaining, and efficiency of use as the owners are avid cooks. This space is defined by a change of flooring material - a dark brown cork tile. The kitchen features energy star dishwashers, low flow faucets, bamboo cabinetry, recycled glass countertops, and LED lighting.

The wine cellar is stunning, and will feature re-used wine racks and elegant bookshelf lighting and an LED chandelier.
